Comrades,

10.11.2010 turned out to be one of the most successful days in the history of the Association. The JAC of Central Excise got an opportunity to receive an invitation for meating in the Member (P&V)'s chamber. Initially Board played a very diplomatic role and expressed there helplessness but finally with the help of the revenue Secretary we compelled CBEC to supply copy of restructuring proposal to each and every Association. This is for the first time in CBEC recognised Associations were provided with a copy of restructuring proposal & finalisation will also be done in consultation with the JAC. We would like to thank Revenue Secretary and Member (P&V) in this regard. Board has given us two weeks time to study and reply the 150 + page material. So, we once again congratulate our colleagues of different cadre Associations and specially members and non-members and revolutionaries of our beloved Association. Detail follows.

A great thing in the history!

Let me take this opportunity to congratulate all the members of this association and also other associations without whose unified efforts, this would not have been achieved.

Let me also congratulate the Central Committee in getting the co-operation from other cadre associations.

The copy of restructuring proposal should be published on blog to know the thoughts of IRS lobby towards subordinate cadres.
There should be open discussion before finalisation suggestions by AICEIA among the Association members for their future.

If copy of the restructuring proposal is not published on blog for suggestions & open discussion then this act will be treated as hidden agenda.
AGAIN REQUEST FOR AN EARLY PUBLICATION -- COPY OF RESTRUCTURING PROPOSAL.

Association office bearers feel happy that the material is supplied to them. But, what about the ordinary members? If Board is expected to share the information with the Association, why not Association share the info with ordinary members?

Yes, indeed! United we swim, divided we fall!

Kudos to the national executive / JAC & evry single individual who has made this possible!!

Kindly load a copy of the proposals on the Blog for everyone to analyse and provide comments / inputs, if need be!

Well done and Keep it up.
In line with the proposal made by the Superintendent's association, we may also propose and demand for appointment of IAS Officers as Members and Chaiman, so that our interest may be protected by a team of unbiased IAS Officers. The last post an IRS (I Remain Safe)Officer in their cadre could reach only should be Chief commissioner.

Well Done, the battle has only started......Let's hope that this time the long neglected cadre of Inspectors/Superintendents would get adequate justice...Even though it is said, that JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED,but let at least our future generations enjoy some good moments in their life.....V all should take this opportunity to stay united & help the Central Body in taking a constructive charter of demands.....
LONG LIVE AICEIA.....
