Why option of transfer of inter-commissionerate was not made an agenda in this policy. The inter-commissionerate transfer was objected to by some vested interested employees of clerical cadres, keeping an eye on the qouta of posts at regional level in the grade of Inspectors. Since All India seniority of Inspectors are fixed from 2006, whose interests this Association is protecting; of clerks or Executives.
I also support the concern of Shri Nair, the inter commissionerate transfer should be taken seriously, naturally the association is of Executives and it must protect the interest of Executives.
