TO DAY IN A HISTORICAL JUDGEMENT THE APEX COURT HAS DECIDED THAT PARITY IN PROMOTION TO GR-A , POSTS MUST BE MAINTAINED SINCE 1997. RATIO MUST BE INCREAESD SINCE 1997 . we have not yet received the detail judgement there is a chance of  CONSULTATION WITH ASSOCIATION before implementation of the order..

I hope this is a Historic Judgement.

The injusice meted out to our Excise Cadre may be redressed to some extent.

Good work by the petitioner in this case.

That was the root cause of stagnation of the Superintendent Central Excise. Congrats -- long perpetuated injustice has been undone

Definitely a historical judgement ....millions of thanks to those who have worked selflessly since long ..in making this dream come true..

i am sure the stagnated cadre will have something to cheer about after a very very long time...

it is said ....truth always prevails / is victorious in the end..in this case we had to wait for a long..

long live our cadre of inspector and supdt..

We have been begging and fighting to get "Historical Judgements" to implement justice. I wonder if we are independent yet or still crushing under British-Indian Civil Service or it's just Whites turned to Brown. They have intelligently(?) kept two Grade pays of the same Rs.5400/-(PB-1 and PB-2),so that, the '@#$%'s should never get through MACP the elite GP of Rs.6600/-(let there be disputes....ha....ha...ha..)
