4.       ACCOMMODATION        will be provided from 23.06.2016 (Evening) to 25.06.2016 (Evening). DELEGATES willing to stay after 25.06.2016 (Evening) in Shillong are requested to continue on their own expenses in the same Venue or elsewhere as per their convenience.IN THIS REGARD ALL SORTS OF CO-OPERATION WILL BE EXTENDED BY THE HOST CIRCLE..
