The bench of Honourable High Court of Calcutta that heard WPCT No. 261/2008 earlier could not hear it today for lack of time. It is expected that the case would come up in the next week.

Oopps..................... hope it should be taken up next week.
jesus never fails. but jesus proved to fail in blessing central excise inspectors.
1. pray all gods.
2. all central excise inspectors should now go and check up their horoscopes.
allah, jesus, kolkatta kali, all gods bless cex inspectors.
meena.
It is shocking that the court has also no time for cadre. I fully agree with Mr. Meena's words above. Now only god can save the cadre. So every body needs to pray for the cadre for the blessings.
"USKE YAH DER HAI PAR ANDHER NAHI HAI'
We hope that with the god's blessings things can settle down early.
i wouldn't pray, i'd only say
whether its tomorrow, the day after or any other day
a single line to alter time
promoted with effect from 30th June these colleagues of mine
I understand that the Kolkatta High Court has stayed effecting of further promotions only (as per the CBEC's letter). In that case is it possible to prepare the panel and conduct DPC as per the prevalent norms without effecting promotions? It is clear that the DPC is to assess the fitness of candidates for promotion and subject to the outcome of the proceedings, the Cadre Controlling Authority has to issue promotion orders. As such, if there is no stay on conducting DPC, why can't it be held?
whether court has given any next date of hearing fixed?
Toady, the case is being heard. The details are as follows.

Every week the bench postpones the hearing on account of lack of time and the entire inspector cadre just sits back and claims to be frustrated. The board is least bothered to ensure an early hearing and even the association does not take any steps for early hearing. I think it is better to stop visiting this site and think that 'naseeb me promotion jab milna hai tab milega'. At least that way we can stop getting frustrated after every visit to this site.
there is a hearing of the case today
