The bench of Honourable High Court of Calcutta that heard WPCT No. 261/2008 earlier would sit tomorrow, the 9th of July, at 2 PM and this case is listed as item no. 11.
Bravo, Good and prompt response. I heartily express my thanks for such a prompt update and hope unitedly we must achieve the best. Thanking you. After a long shadow some ray of hope seems to come in reality.
Comrade Arun, Such a prompt and forthcoming response is really the need of the hour. Justice should not only be done, but it should appear that it has been done. Similarly... Not only focussed efforts are required to be made.. these days, it should also appear that such sustained efforts to achieve common goals are made.... Right track...right approach...right spirit... There is no backing up now.. Keep the flag flying high..... we are with you....
thanx for d prompt updation. this has created hope to things settle down early and the dreams of many, who are awaiting for 20-22 yrs,may comes true in near future. Thanx again for the upate. Keep the spirit high, 'Al is well'.
I Congrets the association of Inspectors C.Ex. for their initiatives for the welfare of the whole Community of C.Ex. Inspectors. I am a new born baby in the Department my date of birth in the department is on 01.06.2005 in Mumbai(I), Nagpure Zone. Presently I am working in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
as v are all know this friday also the case came up for hearing and it is learnt that nothing has happened...who are to be blamed for the lacklustre approach to the issue... the board, the association or v outselves who are in the verge of retirement and hoping to get atleast one promotion before retirement and who have been made scape goats for the whole issue....for no fault...y cant the association take up the issue on a war footing and see that the issue is sorted out... i still hope the association have still not lost its old vigour....

Dear Comrades!
Its really good news. I request the office bearers to atleast give some update once in a day so that all are relived from tension.
As per the sources due to lack of time the case could not be heard today. It is most likely to come for hearing in the next week.
s the case heard on 09.07.2010?
