All the regional leaderships of the AICEIA are requested to communicate and motivate the members by all possible means so that the programme may be observed in well co-ordinated manner. The General Secretaries of all Circles/Branches/Units of the AICEIA are requested to serve the due notice to the concerned CCAs immediately.
