Uncertainty continues on when and in what manner CR will be implemented in the CBEC.
Hearing in the OA in CAT Mumbai filed on behalf of AICEIA seeking notional fixation of higher pay wef 01.01.1996 was scheduled for 18.06.2014. Com. Sanjay Srinivasan, Vice President (West) who is co-ordinating the case has informed that
"OA No. 323/2012 in CAT Mumbai, Date of next hearing is 08/08/2014.
The Income tax case is also being followed. The date of next hearing in the WP No. 9649/2012 in Mumbai High Court is 08/07/2014.
Further progress shall be informed in due course."
