It is to bring to the information of all the concerned that for smooth boarding and lodging, the TEAM-AICEIA, Odisha has made following arrangements.

1. All the booking starts from 23^rd Evening and ends on 25^th evening for all delegates.
2. The food arrangements have been made from 24^th morning Break Fast to 25^th Lunch for all delegates.
3. For all India Office bearers such as the President, the Working President, Secretary General, Asst. Secretary General, Organising Secretary, Treasurer, Office Secretary, VPs and JSs arrangement of stay has been made since 23^rd morning to 25^th evening.
4. For extra/fringe time accommodation, the lodging rate shall be charged at the rate of Rs.2000/- for double occupancy.
5. For site seeing or for visit to Puri necessary arrangement such as vehicle could be arranged on actual payment basis.
