AICEIA is silent on CR 2010? Supdts association declared wearing of black badges on Excise day function, What is the strategy of AICEIA?????
itna sannata kyun hai bhai!
Our leaders should respond to the power point game of ADG DG HRD otherwise our cadre will be powerless.
What was their view on the points raised by other associations like one point on the course of DOPT OM No.AB.14017/61/2008-Estt.(RR) dated 24.03.2009.
Whether they knew it earlier or now taking up matter with cadre controlling authority now a fresh.
What side association is going on the demands of various associations or taking a giant step to fight for justice which was denied totally during the meeting on 18/01/11.
Dear Mr Roy
SG AICEIA
The above comments of Mr Rajaguru and Shiwalik is voice of the common members and in common interest of the Association.
Please publish as what will be our further line of action after meeting with the Chairman on 18.1.2011. Have you submitted any further representation as published in minutes of the said meeting becoz 27.1.2011 is tomarrow.
Please ensure streghten & common interest of Association in CR-2010 by way of publishing all things in detail & clear.
It is also suggested that membership certificates from DDO may be asked from all Circle's GS during CEC New Delhi. This will prove our strengthen to fight against IRS lobby becoz it has learnt that membership is being decreased day by day due to inactiveness of so called representatives of Circles.
Pl also clarify as to whether general members can also attend & raise voice on issue of common interest in the CEC New Delhi ?
With fond hope of an early response/publication.
JAI HIND - JAI BHARAT
With regards,
BL Meena, Jaipur
With due respect, it appears that the
AICEIA leaders have fallen in trap laid by the foxes ( clever men) sitting in the CBEC. They drew the restructuring proposal in such a way as to decrease the number of vacancies in the zones represented by both the President and the
General Secetary. They wanted the AICEIA leadership to come to them with begging bowls.
There are chances of other arm-twisting also. The leaders appear to have fallen in trap; hence their silence.
But, we must not loose hope; if the AICEIA leadership have courage to take up the matters in right spirit, the cadre is with them; no
CR proposal except one based on the principle of promotions based on the criteria of length of service should be accepted; the appropriate action by way of non-cooperation and protest should be taken. The Superintenents association has taken right step by proposing to wear black badges on the Excise day.
With love and regards to Com. Koushik Roy and Arun Z.
Hope the comments will be taken not as an affront, but as a advice from cadre-well-wisher.
Jai Hind,
Bhagwan Singh
You are absolutely correct Mr Bhawan Singh. It is not understood why the Comrades are keeping silence with respect to CR when the entire members are behind them. See example of success of contributions to the cause of NFG Rs.5400/-. Realyy the top has fell into a trap. Comrades, We are eagerly waiting.
A SHORTEST SHORT STORY
One person called his two grandsons and said: "Look. I will give each of you 10 acres of land and proceed on pilgrimage to Kasi. When I come back after 10 years, I would like to see the land full of trees and birds. The first grandson cultivated the land and grew a large number of trees. Automatically, birds also arrived.
The second grandson sold the land of 10 acres and purchased a flat in the city. He kept a variety of BONSAI trees in the small pots. He also purchased love birds and kept them in a cage.
After 10 years, the grandfather returned from Kasi and visited the grandsons. He was immensely pleased to the land of the first grandson surrounded by trees and birds. The second grandson showed him the BONSAI trees and caged birds. With shock, the grandfather asked the second grandson: "what is this? I wanted real trees and free birds. How dare you show me the BONSAI and caged birds. The second grandson told him: "This is only the correct method. I had done this based on the advice of my friend."
The grandfather was furious. He yelled: "Who is that friend?, Give his telephone number. I will advice him that this is not the right way to grow trees. Trees are magnificent, which should be allowed to grow spo as to serve as the shelter for thousands of birds."
The grandfather dialled the phone number of the friend of his second grandson. He heard the voice from the other end: "CBEC Chairman here!"
We request AICEIA to inform if any representation has been preferred before 27th of January, as has been desired by the Chairman, CBEC, New Delhi.
