Representing the Inspectors of Central Excise throughout the country. (Recognised By The Government Of India, Ministry Of Finance Vide CBEC F.No.B.12017/01/2017-Ad.IV A dated 25.01.2017)
sir, You never take the issue of Inter commissionerate transfer for new recruitees. Your agenda always lacks that point or finds least space in your agenda. I request you to take up that issue on priority. Since, ICT is open income tax department then what is the problem with our department. Question of seniority does not arise after supreme court decision in that matter. Please take up this issue on priority.
once you go thru our circulars then only you 'll be able to know what points we are taking and what not;before making such comments kindly be sincere about what you are putting in black white.
dear bl with regard to 4,600/- with 7450 kindly understand that kindly understand that in anomalies committee has agreed to relook in point no.1. it was represented as follows. Taking these into account the pay in the Pay Band in the case of all employees in the Pay Scales of Rs.5000-8000 and Rs.5500-9000 has to be fixed at Rs. 6500 multiplied by 1.86 i.e. Rs.12090. The fixation tables for pay scales 5000-8000 and 5500-9000may therefore be modified fixing the pay in the pay band at Rs.12090 wherever it is less than that amount. decision ishe Staff Side pointed out that what has been recommended by the 6th CPC in Para 2.2.19(vii_ in respect of fixation of minimum pay in the Pay band for merged pay scales had not been taken into account while computing the pay band and the table. After some discussion, the official side stated to have a re-look into the matter.
if the same is agreed by the official, they will definitely say that scale of 6500 is delinked from grade pay of 4200 consequent to 13-11-09 o.m. the same anomalay will apply to us also. hence, if agreed automatically the persons who have been upgraded to 7450 shall also be benefitted and given the factor of 7450/- x 1.86 . the s.g. is aware of the fact.
Dear Jillawar, I will request you to ask new recruit inspectors to fill membership forms of the association first. They are those who have benifitted from the agitation launched by the Association by getting pay band of Rs.4600/-.Please be sincere before making such hasty comments. Gurwinder Singh
i am happy we in every corner of country are taking interest in the steps taken by the office bearers in solving our burning issues.
however, i stand by my views. because , resoultion do not say that they have not accepted the Para 2.2.19(vii) of cpc report in respect of fixation of minimum pay in the Pay band for merged pay scales. further, gradation has to be only based on grade pay.therefore, irrespective of the fact it is delinked or not, whoever, have been granted 4600 grade has to be given the benefit of above recommendation of pay commn. however, i feel it requires the deliberation of all in the CEC. hence, i request S.G. AND OTHER OFFICE BEARERS to include IT IN THE AGENDA in the FORTHCOMING CEC MEET. SO THAT IT IS TAKEN TO ANOMALIES COMMITTEE THAT WE ARE ALSO AFFECTED BY THE NON IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ABOVE RECOMMENDATION. THE OTHER CADRES WHO ARE ALL UPGRADED TO ABOVE GRADE PAY SHOULD ALSO BE ROPED IN. KINDLY CONSDIER.
Dear Comrade Roy There is tremondous pressure to make straight demand of fixation Rs. 7450 as minimum pay for our cadre w.e.f. 1.1.2006. In my view, if fails in fulfilling the demand, it will not be good for unity & strength of AICEIA. As you know what happened in the case of ACP. Even after 10 yrs regular service in a cadre the ACP is not given to most of Insprs. Continous loss in carrier compels for revolt.
This is with reference to point no.5 of the agenda for the ensuing cec meeting. Agitational programme should be immediately resumed as the pending issues are still pending. There is not news about the Cuttack CAT order implementation by the Government even though the time frame granted for the implementation is lapsed. Ours is the most stagnated cadres in the country. Still there is no measure to alleviate the injustice by the Board. Even the Rs.5,400/- GP to ACP inspectors has not been granted by the government so far. Hence no need to hesitate to continue the agitational programme as the Board/government is not showing any symptom of granting our just demands
Dear Comrades, Most welcome in CEC meeting Jaipur.
Some people throwing stones in my path (common/majority interest)to construct wall between us, but I tring to make BRIDGE with them playing role of an architect.
With fond hope & best wishes. BL Meena, Inspector, JAIPUR
