Representing the Inspectors of Central Excise throughout the country. (Recognised By The Government Of India, Ministry Of Finance Vide CBEC F.No.B.12017/01/2017-Ad.IV A dated 25.01.2017)
Good efforts by aiceia. But I am afraid that PAO authorities will insist on a direction from their chief viz. Principal Chief Controller of Accounts in CBEC. I hope a favourable decision is taken very soon.
this letter has no effect on the local PAO. they have already reduced the grade pay from 4800 to 4600 for acp inspectors between 1.1.06 to 31.8.08. please do something.
Yes, this letter has no effect on PAO in Karnataka also. The refixation has been done for the ACP inspectors who got ACP between 1.1.2006 to 31.08.2008 in absence of any instruction from Pr. CCA to PAOs. I don't know about the position in other Commissionerates and Directorates in other States. The Matter requires urgent attention

But, what do we do regarding the GP issue? Please let us know the stand taken by AICEIA on the issue.
