Comrades,
It is very interesting to know the spirit of our Inspectors for achieving their goal, many of our wise members and friends could not understand yet what is the utility of the repeated movement. We have already mentioned that we have to be ready for a sustained struggle only that process of movement we are following; now,Board has warned us not to go for further agitational movement immediately after we launched this second phase of agitation . On 19th August we have received a phone call and a faxed letter from Deputy Secretary-Ad-IIA wherein our association has been once again invited for a second round of negotiation . It was learnt that expenditure officials will be present there. From our side Secy. Genl. and president will participate in the meeting.
We thank one and all for continued support to the association and we hope if we fight as a single body we will be able to achieve our pending demands. However, our agitational programme will continue till further notice.
Yours fraternally
Kousik Roy

GAZETTE NOTIFICATION RELEASED
GOVERNMENT RELEASED GAZETTE NOTIFICATION IN NIGHT
Dear Comrades - The Gazette Notification by the Government of India has been published yesterday night in the website of Ministry of Finance. However comrades who want to verify the original Notification of Gazette can visit the Finance Ministry website http://www.finmin.nic.in - Both Hindi and English version of Notification is available in the above Finance Ministry website. Since the official Notification has been published by the Government, A.I.C.E.I.A is giving out its priliminary comments and observations on the common issues hereunder:
A.I.C.E.I.A REACTION
it is nearly one year since the pay commission
you are refering to which notification pay commission arrears or 4600
i can only see - reg. IInd installments of Arrears....
Do not give false news. Kindly give the correct link to the Gazette Notification.
Mr. VinayKumar - Already we are a wounded lot. Do spread rumours. Kindly give correct facts. Its better to keep quite rather to give false news.
On which date our association has been invited for second round of negotiation? The inspectors who joined after 1.1.2006 are badly deprived by the SPC as our pay has been fixed by multiplying the pay of Rs.5000 by the factor 1.86 whereas we have been recruited in the pay scale of Rs.6500. So emphasis should be given on the grade pay of Rs.4600 and it must be effective from 1.1.2006 so that our pay may be fixed agaist the basic pay of Rs.7450 as upgraded by the SPC.
please check the date its 2008
its nearly one year from release of Pay commission when AICEIA has started commenting on, but still 4600 GP remains unclear. at least rule 8 of CCS (RP) rules may be deleted so that the new recruits get 1.86 factor of 6500 (presently they are getting 1.86 * 5000)
oh ! great
