Notice for Central Executive Committee (CEC) meeting
at Trichy, Tamilnadu on 6th & 7th of September, 2008.
Notice is hereby issued for the meeting of the Central Executive Committee of the All India Central Excise Inspectors’ Association. The meeting is scheduled to be held on the 6th & 7th of September, 2008 at Trichy, Tamilnadu.
The meeting is scheduled to commence at 10.00 am. On 6th of September,2008 and it will conclude at 13.00 hrs. of 7th of September,2008.
Agenda
Reading and confirmation of the minutes of the CEC held at Kerala on 8th of February, 2008.
Acceptance /Selection of Secretary General In charge for the rest of the days before convention.
Fixing of date and venue for the 1st convention of the A.I.C.E.I.A.
Tabling of Action Taken Report by the Secretary General in charge and discussion.
Discussion on the ensuing strike action of the workers and employees on 20th, August, 2008 and different agitation programmes.
Any other items with the permission of the chair.
Note:
1. The reports of each branch/circle on their performances and participation in the calls by the AICEIA, C-O-C and Confederation and details of the accounts of each branch/circle may kindly be sent to the SG in charge by e.mail before 25.08.08 in order to enable incorporation of the same in the report to be presented by the S.G. in charge.
