  2. Kousik,

It seems the letter is addressed to Cen Ex and Cus federations only. Please do take the Cengo as well as IT comrades also along.. Let all the three prominent issues,ie., GP 4600 for inspectors, GP 5400 for ACP inspectors as well as parity with effect from 1996, be discussed.

all the best. God help us

  4. its nearly one year from release of Pay commission when AICEIA has started commenting on, but still 4600 GP remains unclear. at least rule 8 of CCS (RP) rules may be deleted so that the new recruits get 1.86 factor of 6500 (presently they are getting 1.86 * 5000)

  8. Rule 8 of CCS (RP) rules is a draconian rule that has been the most unfair clause of the 6PC for the inspectors who joined on or after 1st January 2006 and who were appointed in the 6500-10500 pay scale. The pay for these inspectors has been degraded, instead of up-gradation which is against all government principles. It should be taken off regardless of the up-gradation of pay-scale/grade- pay. So upgradation of GP to 4600 (w.e.f. 1/1/06) should be treated as non negotiable to ensure fairness and parity among all our comrades.

  9. I fully agree with ThornUnderWater. Up-gradation of the GP of 4600 to be effective from 1.1.06 should be settled in this meeting so that the inspectors who joined on or after 1.1.06 may get justice in respect of their pay.

  13. any positive outcome from yesterday's meeting ?
the efforts put-up by the association is highly appreciated, especially by the new recruits who joined the dept. after 1-1-06. till today, we the new recruits are wonder struck as to why the date 01.01.2006 IS VERY DEADLY & DEVASTATING TO US. We also felt unhappy whenever it is time for pay and whenever DA rises or increment.
now, you are our only HOPE Mr.Kousk and Mr.Arun.

  15. Dear friends.......

With all hopes of career progression shattered, with dis-illusioned career profile, utter humility, and a pandora of responsibilities, the Inspectors' Cadre is only demanding PEA NUTS.

In fact, we are not demanding but only asking for our justified and legitimate Dues.

LET GOD BESTOW SOME RATIONALITY AND THE GOOD SENSE IN THE MINDS OF THOSE AT THE HELM OF AFFAIRS NOT TO ACT IN A BIASED MANNER. LET THEIR VISION BE CLEAR.

  17. our goal is 4600 GP and not 60% arrears.

With out 4600 Gp 60% arrears for new recruits is just a joke

other solution is delete rule 8 of CCS(RP) rules 2008

Waiting for the result of the meeting

  21. Whether the meeting with expenditure ministry officials held on 24.08.2009 or not? what is the result of that meeting. The whole cadre is waiting for your reply. Kindly let us know the future programme of agitation.

  22. It is heard that 4600 is principally agreed, but we cannot believe unless in black & white. The result/ discussion in the meeting should have been posted by the managers of the blog. There are a lot of hits on this page daily by all the cadre.
