Here, in Vadodara, the Chief Commissioner is granting NOC for ICT only after taking an undertaking from Inspectors that they will be relieved only when the vacancy position in the grade of Inspectors improves to the satisfaction level of Chief Commissioner. Even such NOCs are being forwarded to other CCAs with the comment that in case of acceptance of request for ICT, the Inspectors will not be relieved. In response, other CCAs are writing back to the CCA Vadodara that request for ICT will be accepted only if CCA Vadodara grants an unconditional NOC.<br />It is requested that the issue be taken up with the Board and all CCAs be directed to grant unconditional NOC without any delay.Niranjan Kumar, Inspector, Central Excisehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16411683031330215227noreply@blogger.com
